The Super Hero Workout Revealed

I Just got my hands on a review copy of the new program The Superhero Workout from my buddy John Romaniello and celebrity trainer Matt McGorry, and i wanted to tell you a little about my thoughts and what is included in this new training program.

The Super Hero Workout is a 4-phase Program

Each Phase will draw an inspiration from a super hero who is known for a quality that phase will be addressing.

Phase 1: Strength And Power

This phase draws it influence from guys like Thor and Captain America, this phase uses complexes and heavy weight training to build strength power and explosiveness(not to mention, will get you jacked :) .

Phase 2: Local Fatigue And Endurance Training

Lets face it not all superheros have super powers, some have to rely solely on speed, agility and endurance to fight crime. drawing inspiration from Batman this 2-week phase is fatloss oriented using 5 full-body training days each with a specific body part focus that is designed to help you tolerate local fatigue and develope sick strength endurance.

Phase 3: Hulk Like Mass

This is the time were you blow up, this phase is inspired by The Hulk and is solely designed to help you pack on rock hard lean muscle mass. This is a 4-day training split with the best muscle building stuff John has written to date.

Phase 3A: Female Superhero Training

Now most women do not want Hulk size muscles so this alternate women only phase was inspired by Cat women, Black widow, and Wonder women and uses extra fat-loss workouts designed by Flavia Del Monte to help the ladies really tone up and look extra sexy.

Phase 4: The All Star Program

Now most super heros are very well known for banding together and developing “team” think the X-Men, Fantastic 4, league of extraordinary gentlemen, Justice League, etc…Their reason for doing this is we know it takes a variety of skill sets to tackle all the crime and villans of the world. So think of phase 4 as a hybrid style utilizing 1 day of fat-loss, 1 day of strength training, 1 day of mass building, and 1 day of all out conditioning. This phase goes for 3 weeks and will top off all the work you have put in over the other 3 phases to give you that lean polished off look.

That is the thick of it in detail, there are a few upsells afetr the main purchase but From what I have read it is a really cool well written awesome program and I highly recommend you give it a look.
